I think you should actually let this grudge go. The fact that this guy even made an effort to apologize, though it was from your boyfriend, really is a sincere gesture. People do change over time, and if he honestly didn’t change, or mean his apology, I doubt he would have even given the time to apologize to your boyfriend about it.
